Return is accepted within 30 Days, Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the original packaging & unused.
We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire experience, we are so confident that your order will go smoothly, Every item is made-to-order, exclusively made for an individual, and fully inspected by quality control team before leaving our business premises, this will be very unlikely that you will receive the faulty product, however, if you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please call us or email within 48 hrs of delivery if you realize your item is faulty or we have delivered the wrong item. We will try to resolve your issue asap, by sending a replacement or issue a refund.
